Staff was extremely friendly and the room was generally clean. They made my stay amazing! I booked a room with a big bed, WiFi, coffee and closet space. The breakfasts here were excellent with packaged bread and also single taste jam.

my favourite property in san francisco. the hotel was located adjacent to the shopping area, financial district and union square and public transportation.

The location was cozy, the rooms were great. There was a great restaurant, a market and stores next door. Superfriendly personnel, was willing to help. The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of meals to choose from. Speedy check in and polite service.

Perfect location, extra comfy room and experienced staff. All in all it's fairly clean place, they have exceptionally comfortable beds. It's worth staying here and exploring Downtown San Francisco district...
